Job summary

Aras, a leader in PLM solutions, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Kraków to partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investment decisions. You will own headcount, software spend, and vendor negotiations, shaping financial planning for a technology organization at executive level.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Procurement to ensure aligned execution and clear handoffs, driving data‑driven insights for growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A or financial business‑partnering experience with senior leadership.
Experience in B2B SaaS with subscription/recurring revenue metrics (ARR, net retention, gross margin).
Strong Excel modeling skills and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to translate roadmaps and staffing into budgets and investment plans.
Own Budget vs. Actuals reporting, including headcount and software/contractor spend with variance analysis.
Lead headcount planning, including open requisitions and staffing risk visibility.
Forecast AI spend ramp‑up for R&D and the organization, and oversee vendor costs.
Manage vendor renewals, build‑vs‑buy input, and cost/benefit assessments.
Track consulting/contractor engagements and ETC against plan.
Lead annual budget cycles and reforecasts with department leaders.
Provide data‑driven insights on spend trends, risks, and financial health to executives.
Challenge senior stakeholders using data and business context; ensure smooth FP&A handoffs.
