Job summary

LeanCode is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a team of Project Coordinators and ensure smooth post-sales to project delivery. You will balance technical and business needs, allocate teams, manage risks, and drive profitability.

You will work with a senior Flutter engineering team, liaise with CEO/CTO, and shape the delivery processes as the company grows, with a focus on enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software projects in a tech environment.
• 2+ years of leading teams of Coordinators/PMs in a software delivery agency.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Team of Project Coordinators.
• Post-sales handover and project setup.
• Oversee project execution, monitor risks and coordinate resources to maintain profitability.
• Monitor client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Track contract timelines and renewals.
• Spot growth and upsell opportunities.
