Job summary

Zeely Inc. is seeking a Flutter Tech Lead to grow a mobile product used by millions, focusing on stability, scalability, and high-quality solutions.

The role blends hands-on development (about 80%) with technical leadership (about 20%), influencing architecture and code quality across the mobile product. You will lead a five-person Flutter mobile team, contribute to key decisions, review code, and ensure timely delivery while staying current with industry trends in a remote-first setup with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, including Flutter & Dart (3+ yrs).
• 2+ years in Team Lead or Tech Lead roles.
• Experience in native mobile development.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID and DRY principles.
• Hands-on with REST API, JSON, HTTP, WebSocket, Analytics SDKs and Firebase.
• Familiar with state management (Provider, BLoC, GetX) and Git workflows.
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play and App Store.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions.

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using our stack.
