Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) based in Poland to join a remote-first, globally distributed team. You will own mobile features across registration, discovery, messaging, and engagement while supporting multiple brands.

You’ll work with Flutter architecture, analytics, and performance improvements to deliver high-quality iOS and Android experiences. Collaboration across product, engineering, and analytics will be key.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience with Flutter and Dart 3.x, including production apps for iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of layered mobile architecture and clean code practices.
• Hands-on experience with BLoC and Provider, plus GetIt for DI and GoRouter for navigation.
• Experience with Dio for networking and immutable data models using code generation like built_value.
• Experience building multi-brand or white-label apps and Firebase setups.
• Automated tests familiarity, unit and widget tests; bloc_test is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core mobile product experiences across authentication, registration, discovery, profiles, messaging, and engagement.
• Analyze and improve key funnels: registration, upgrades, monetization, messaging, and conversions.
• Own analytics for core mobile journeys and product metrics.
• Monitor and improve platform features like push, deep links, and real-time features.
• Analyze in-app monetization metrics and support revenue initiatives.
• Support compliance analytics including consent, age, and user verification.
• Build production Flutter apps for iOS and Android with scalable architecture.
• Support multi-brand configurations, assets, store IDs, and Firebase environments.
• Write automated tests at unit and widget levels, ensuring reliability.
