Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Engineer to lead fire safety projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use and high-risk buildings. The role covers compliance with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act, with a hybrid working pattern and candidates ideally near Nottingham head office, but other locations will be considered.

You will mentor junior engineers, deliver FRAEW, EWS1 and fire strategy reports, and manage client relationships across multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering FRAEW assessments and EWS1 reviews.
• Strong understanding of Approved Document B, PAS 9980, Building Safety Act, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in a consultancy environment and managing client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking and reviewing Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW).
• Carrying out and reviewing EWS1 assessments and reporting.
• Preparing fire strategy reports for new builds, refurbishments and changes of use.
• Supporting compliance with Building Regulations and Gateway submissions.
• Mentoring graduate and junior fire engineers.
