GSK is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist – Global Alliances & Licensing to join the Finance Hub – Europe. You will own complex licensing reporting, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across Finance, C&C, R&D, Legal and Tax teams.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Specialist – Global Alliances & Licensing to join the GSK Finance Hub – Europe. You will report to the Financial Reporting Team Leader – Global Alliances & Licensing and work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to senior management, further building both your financial reporting and business partnering capabilities.
The role is embedded in the wider GSK Corporate Finance function, with opportunities to collaborate across the organisation and take an active role in continuous improvement, digital initiatives and team-wide projects. The successful candidate will develop financial reporting and business partnering skills with stakeholders of varying seniority across Finance and other functions, including C&C, R&D, Legal, Supply Chain, GSK Global Treasury, Trading Partner Finance & Operations and Tax/Transfer Pricing.

This role follows a hybrid working model. You will be expected to work on-site in Poznań 2–3 days per week, be available for in-person collaboration.

Polish Salary Range / Polski przedział wynagrodzenia: PLN 127,500 to PLN 212,500
The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
