State Street Kraków is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to prepare and review interim and annual financial statements for multiple investment funds across UK, Luxembourg, Ireland, Netherlands or Switzerland. You may guide junior staff and coordinate work with auditors.
The role emphasizes adherence to IFRS and local GAAPs, collaboration across departments, meeting tight deadlines, and ongoing professional development.
At this level you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing of all components of interim and annual financial statements for a number of investment funds operating in the UK, Luxembourg, Ireland, Netherlands or Switzerland. You may organize and coordinate work of Financial Reporting Associates 1 in all aspects of the Financial Statements preparation process. You will be required to provide guidance to less experienced members of staff, taking responsibility for the quality of the work delivered to the client and auditors.
A person with relevant financial education in the field of economics, finance, accounting or similar (preferred). More than 1 year experience in financial services or a similar environment
General knowledge of financial services industry. Knowledge of Financial Reporting and/or Audit processes is a plus.

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
