Job summary

Amer Sports Kraków is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a hybrid role. You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS and Austrian GAAP (UGB) reporting, perform reconciliations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position involves cross‑functional teamwork with Group Accounting, Tax, and the SSC, plus opportunities to drive process improvements. Key requirements include 3+ years of accounting experience, a university degree in a related field, strong Excel, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or related area.
• Experience in an international organization or shared services is desirable.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfortable handling financial data.
• Experience with SAP and IFRS/UGB knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and UGB.
• Perform account reconciliations and support period-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and statutory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and support variance investigations and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining high-quality accounting records and documentation.
• Support external reporting, including tax and transfer pricing documentation.
• Act as a contact for audits and contribute to internal controls improvements.
• Collaborate with Group Accounting, Tax, Business Controlling, HR, and SSC.
