Amer Sports Corporation is seeking a Record to Report Team Lead (Journal Entries & Reporting) for its Kraków office. You will lead a 7–10 person RtR team, ensuring timely close, compliant reporting, and effective collaboration with auditors and local finance teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Finance and Accounting, 2+ years in supervision, strong RtR knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Polish GAAP knowledge and German a plus. Hybrid work with 1–2 days in the Kraków office.

Formación

• 5+ years in Finance and Accounting
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of RtR processes
• Experience supporting statutory audits with external auditors
• Understanding of financial statements, provisions, and distributions
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Ability to analyze complex financial data

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Journal Entries & Reporting team (7–10 people) daily operations to meet targets and deadlines
• Mentor and develop team members and support workload planning
• Oversee statutory accounting activities and compliance with local GAAP and regulations
• Coordinate month-end close and statutory reporting with external providers and auditors
• Prepare reconciliations and analyses; support internal and external audits
• Drive process improvement and cross-functional collaboration across the RtR team
