Crisil Integral IQ seeks a Senior Finance Transformation Business Analyst / SME to support a strategic Finance and General Ledger transformation programme within a global banking environment. You will drive Oracle Fusion Cloud General Ledger design, CoA governance, and reporting modernization across multiple regions.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience delivering finance transformation programmes within global banking institutions.
• Proven track record with Tier-1 banks on finance, regulatory reporting, and ledger transformation.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud General Ledger and/or Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.
• Strong experience in CoA design, ledger architecture, consolidation, and reporting transformation.
• Strong understanding of Finance Data Management, Controls, Governance, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work across business, operations, finance, data, and technology teams.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CA, CFA, FRM, PRM, or CQF - nice to have.

Mansioni

• Lead business analysis activities across large-scale finance transformation and ledger modernization initiatives.
• Assess current finance operating models, processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Define target-state finance processes, operating models, and governance structures.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and transformation opportunities.
• Produce BRDs, functional specs, process maps and operating model documentation.
• Provide advisory support across Finance, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting and Enterprise Data.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud General Ledger implementation and transformation activities.
• Design GL architecture, accounting structures, posting models and reporting hierarchies.
• Support ledger migration, rationalization and platform modernization initiatives.
• Assess impacts on sub-ledgers, source systems, accounting engines and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with technology teams on data models, interfaces, integrations and solution design.
• Support implementation planning, migration readiness and deployment activities.
