You will be at the heart of regional financial planning, partnering closely with country teams, marketing colleagues and wider COE functions. Your work will blend data driven analysis with process ownership as you lead forecasting and budgeting cycles, guide reporting improvements and champion digital transformation. Each month you will uncover the stories behind the numbers, connecting insights across markets and ensuring senior leaders have the clarity they need. Along the way, you will shape new ways of working, inspire collaboration and strengthen governance to ensure consistency and control across the region.

At least 6 years of experience, ideally combining process work and business partnering within a multinational organization
Education in finance or accounting, with ACCA, ACA or CIMA membership or progress strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills, business finance experience and confidence working within FP&A
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with experience in Power Platform tools; knowledge of Tagetik, TM1 or SAP is a strong advantage
Fluent in English (verbal and written). C1
The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 159,500–239,250 PLN.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
