Job summary

Seaonics seeks specialists (Mid / Regular) and Senior specialists for a mobile European role. You will commission and service industrial equipment across Europe, participate in tests, and support project handovers. English and Polish proficiency is required, with extensive travel (60–70%).

The role offers flexible schedules, various trainings, and a multinational environment in the maritime and offshore sectors.

Qualifications

Experience with system tests, commissioning, installation, or field service in an industrial environment.
Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform commissioning activities and production follow-up of our products worldwide (Vietnam, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, and others).
Participate in equipment tests at factory (IAT and FAT).
Install, test, commission, and hand over projects.
Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with specs and standards.
Provide service interventions, troubleshooting, modifications, and technical support.
Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Travel extensively across Europe and internationally (60–70%).
