Job summary

Capgemini in Wroclaw seeks a senior ETL/Data Warehouse professional to design, develop and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and maintain enterprise-grade DW environments. You will work with SQL/PL-SQL, Python, Java and Shell scripts, while collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver robust data solutions.

The role emphasizes ETL architecture improvements, data modeling, and strong problem-solving with a focus on production reliability and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Advanced Oracle SQL/PL-SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Python, Java and Shell Scripting.
• Understanding of ETL design principles and Data Warehouse architecture.
• Data modeling experience and PowerDesigner.
• Familiarity with Agile, JIRA and Kanban.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and regression testing.
• Experience in enterprise-scale production DWH environments.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Support, maintain and enhance enterprise-scale Data Warehouse environments.
• Develop and maintain SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java and Shell scripts.
• Drive ETL architecture improvements and batch processing optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents in production environments.
• Support change, release and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, validation and regression testing.
• Contribute to data modeling and Data Warehouse architecture design.
