Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED seeks a Senior ESG & Environmental Specialist to own ESG data reporting and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. You will optimize data collection and raise sustainability awareness across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience with ESG data reporting and disclosures.
• Proven ability to interpret regulatory developments such as CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
• Proven ability to improve data collection processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating with Management Board and data owners.
• Knowledge of carbon footprint calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG data reporting across the Group.
• Prepare ESG disclosures with leadership and data owners.
• Calculate and report the Group's carbon footprint.
• Propose and implement data-collection improvements.
• Monitor ESG regulatory developments and ensure compliance.
• Engage with ESG rating agencies and proxy advisers.
• Support ESG targets and decarbonization efforts across the company.
