Strategic Context & Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant to play a pivotal role in guiding our enterprise platform implementation (SAP/ERP). Positioned at the intersection of executive business leadership and program delivery, you will be responsible for evaluating end-to-end (E2E) operational workflows, identifying cross-functional process interdependencies, and assessing their overall impact on the ERP transformation roadmap. This is a high-visibility, consultative role—not an entry-level functional analyst position. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations to map complex business processes, resolve organizational friction points, and maintain program-level governance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Interdependence & Impact Analysis Evaluate and map complex End-to-End (E2E) process flows across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain / Logistics domains. Identify cross-departmental dependencies and evaluate how localized operational decisions impact the broader ERP core architecture. Highlight systemic risks, process gaps, and integration bottlenecks to prevent project delays and solution misalignment.
• Senior Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership Drive high-level discovery workshops and strategic alignment sessions with executive stakeholders, business unit heads, and process owners. Translate complex enterprise architecture choices into actionable business impacts for non-technical leadership. Act as a trusted advisor, helping business units adapt to standardized target operating models within the new ERP landscape.
• Program Governance & PMO Integration Maintain rigorous program management (PMO) oversight, delivering executive-level progress reporting, risk registers, and decision trackers. Partner with technical implementation partners and enterprise architects to ensure target solution designs align with core business strategy. Establish clear process governance structures to manage scope changes and cross-functional alignment.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications: Background & Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or leading large-scale ERP implementations (with a strong preference for SAP / S/4HANA).

E2E Process Domain Expertise: Deep functional understanding of core enterprise value streams: P2P: Strategic sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable, and vendor management. O2C: Order management, fulfillment, billing, credit, and receivables. Supply Chain: Demand planning, warehousing, inventory, and logistics execution.

Consulting & Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to influence and manage expectations with Director and C-suite level stakeholders.

PMO & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in structured problem-solving, process mapping, risk management, and executive-level reporting.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points): Practical experience or interest in leveraging modern automation tools or AI agents to streamline process analysis, documentation, and reporting workflows.
