Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Poland is seeking an experienced SAP Program Lead to drive complex transformation programs from inception to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, manage multi-vendor ecosystems, and ensure delivery across ECC and S/4 HANA deployments, on time and within budget.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, fluent English and local language communication, willingness to travel, and a proven track record delivering large-scale SAP

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client-facing consulting/contracting roles.
• Proven track record delivering SAP programs across multi-country roll-outs (ECC and S/4 HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local languages (C2).
• Experience in global delivery with offshore resources.
• Mentoring and coaching consulting resources.

The Role

• Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
• Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

You

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Substantial proven experience ( 10 years plus) working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.
• Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
• Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).
• Ability to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients.
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
