Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Equity Trading Business Specialist (Senior/Expert) to strengthen our Equity DevOps area in Poland, ideally in Tricity. You will work closely with traders and developers to improve trading applications, ensure low-latency performance, and drive best practices in application maintenance within the Equity DevOps teams.

You will be based in Poland (Gdańsk/Gdynia preferred, Warsaw optional) with a mandatory on-site presence 3 days per week, joining a team of senior engineers

Qualifications

• Business understanding of Order Management Systems (Electronic Trading) in Capital Markets.
• Hands on experience in Python programming language.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications in high-pace environments.

Responsibilities

• Component Upgrades in Front Arena space.
• Refining decoupling legacy flows (Front Arena).
• Performance improvement of OMNI, Front Arena.
• Coordinate with multiple teams on complex issues.
• Work with Incident, Change and Problem Management.
