Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Software Architect to join a project focused on Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture and data governance. You will help build a consistent reference architecture and bring together distributed knowledge across a complex enterprise environment.

You will work with experts to define models, standards and guidance, while applying hands‑on scripting and AI‑assisted workflows to streamline data and metadata management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise, capability, or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in Data Mesh, data governance, and data products.
• Solid understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands-on skills in Python and Bash for automation.
• Experience with reference architectures and architecture repositories.
• Fluent English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Curating technical capabilities and improving the Reference Architecture Framework (RAF) content by reviewing and enhancing capability definitions, classifications, and relationships.
• Collaborating with platform teams to describe architecture, services and capabilities using a shared vocabulary.
• Supporting enterprise reuse initiatives by aligning platform and service descriptions and making existing capabilities easier to discover.
• Automating architecture information management through reusable scripts and AI-assisted workflows.
• Developing practical guidance by transforming recurring architecture and API integration questions into reference patterns and automated checks.
