Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead Enterprise, Data, and API-centric architecture initiatives in Poland. You will help build a consistent reference architecture and bring together distributed architectural knowledge within a complex enterprise.

The role emphasizes hands-on scripting, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to streamline metadata collection and validation. You will collaborate with technical experts to define clear models, standards, and architectural

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise, capability, or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in Data Mesh, data governance, and data products.
• Solid understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands-on skills in Python and Bash Shell for automation.
• Experience with reference architectures and architecture repositories.
• Fluent English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Curate technical capabilities and improve the Reference Architecture Framework (RAF) content by reviewing and enhancing capability definitions, classifications, and relationships.
• Collaborate with platform teams to describe architecture, services, and capabilities using a shared vocabulary.
• Support enterprise reuse by aligning platform and service descriptions and improving discoverability of capabilities.
• Automate architecture information management through reusable scripts and AI-assisted workflows to maintain data across sources.
• Develop practical guidance by turning recurring architecture and API questions into reference patterns and automated checks.
