Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Software Architect to join a program focused on Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, and data governance. You will help build a consistent reference architecture and unify distributed architectural knowledge across a complex enterprise environment.

You will work with experts to define models, standards, and guidance, while using hands-on scripting to automate metadata collection and validation.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise, capability, or data architecture.
Strong expertise in Data Mesh, data governance, and data products.
Solid understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
Hands-on skills in Python and Bash Shell for automation.
Experience with reference architectures and architecture repositories.
Fluent English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

Curating technical capabilities and improving the Reference Architecture Framework (RAF) content.
Collaborating with platform teams to represent their offerings in the RAF.
Supporting enterprise reuse initiatives by aligning platform and service descriptions.
Automating architecture information management through reusable scripts and AI-assisted workflows.
Developing practical guidance by transforming recurring architecture questions into reference patterns and automated checks.
