Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Software Architect to drive Enterprise, Data Architecture, and data governance across a complex enterprise. You will shape reference architecture, define standards, and guide architecture practice while hands-on scripting and automation streamline metadata collection and validation.

You will collaborate with experts to describe architecture and services, enable reuse, and leverage Data Mesh concepts and AI-assisted workflows for practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise, capability, or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in Data Mesh, data governance, and data products.
• Solid understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands-on skills in Python and Bash Shell for automation.
• Experience with reference architectures and architecture repositories.
• Fluent English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Curate technical capabilities and improve the Reference Architecture Framework (RAF).
• Collaborate with platform teams to describe architecture, services, and capabilities.
• Support enterprise reuse by aligning platform descriptions for discoverability.
• Automate architecture information management via reusable scripts and AI-assisted workflows.
• Develop practical guidance by transforming recurring questions into reference patterns and checks.
