Responsibilities

• Team Management and Mentorship: Responsible for workforce planning and performance within the practice domain or teams, including setting expectations and mentoring team members.
• Project and Resource Management: Oversee engineering project execution, coordinate with other teams, manage schedules and priorities, allocate resources within budget.
• Collaboration and Communication: Lead by example, break down silos, promote teamwork, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement and Operational Excellence: Drive agile adoption and process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Strategy ambassador: Identify improvement areas, implement initiatives, monitor progress, and align with CPTO LT.
