Qualifications

• Senior Engineering Manager or equivalent experience.
• Strong architecture and systems judgement; guide multi-team direction.
• Experience running multiple teams with aligned priorities in a product-led environment.
• Nice-to-haves: Gaming or consumer products.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple squads with Engineering Managers to improve delivery, communication, and technical decisions.
• Set and steer technical strategy across the product area and manage roadmaps.
• Align with Gaming pillar and partner with engineering leaders to maintain standards.
• Drive prioritisation and planning through data.
• Collaborate with Product and commercial stakeholders to improve customer value and business performance.
