Patrianna leads a high-performance iGaming platform and is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering. You will own roadmaps, improve reliability, and lead two specialized teams across production systems.

You will stay hands-on with infrastructure when needed, shape architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable platform improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering leadership experience leading infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering teams.
• Strong delivery ownership with ability to build realistic roadmaps.
• Strong communication with engineers and leadership, to align priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the DevOps roadmap and delivery outcomes.
• Drive predictable execution with planning, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead SRE and Platform Engineering while mentoring engineers.
