SimCorp A/S is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering for Observability and Monitoring. You will own two high-visibility teams delivering the operational backbone of SimCorp One, partnering with Product Managers and architects to translate roadmaps into deliverables.

You will lead with a focus on observability, data planes, alerting, SLOs, and incident response, while exploring AI-assisted root-cause analysis and self-healing workflows. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading engineering teams, ideally in a platform context.
• Hands-on with observability tooling, telemetry, and incident response.
• Ability to translate product strategy into delivery plans.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to shape AI-powered operations strategy.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Observability and Monitoring teams across locations with clear priorities.
• Own delivery of roadmaps, ensure quality, security, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Architect, SRE, and Ops teams; report to Senior Director.
• Shape and grow the strategy for observability, monitoring, and AIOps.
