Job summary

RTX is seeking a Project Engineer to lead aerospace R&D initiatives from planning through execution at our Wroclaw site. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment across engineering and functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in project engineering, strong PMI/PRINCE2/Agile knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years in Project Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2 and Agile methods.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

In this role, you’ll drive project success by managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
