Job summary

CHEP Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a senior legal counsel to provide strategic legal support across Poland, the Baltics, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.

The role requires regular presence in Warsaw (four times a month) and collaboration with global legal teams. Ideal candidates hold a law degree with 6+ years post-qualification experience, fluency in English and Polish, and a track record in both private practice and in-house environments.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited school and post-qualification experience (6+ years).
• Experience in private practice and in-house is ideal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel across regions and corporate entities.
• Negotiate commercial transactions and draft contractual documentation.
• Manage litigation strategy and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training including Speak Up and competition matters.
• Oversee real estate, plant operations, logistics, and asset management matters.
