Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced legal counsel to join our EMEA Legal Team, focused on employment law across the region. The role supports multiple offices and collaborates with global colleagues. Strong English proficiency and six years of legal experience are required, with Polish qualification and EU law background preferred.

The position emphasizes cross-border compliance, policy development, and external counsel coordination within a multinational IT environment based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Education: Required masters of law in Poland. Additional license to practice law or a law degree in another EU country is welcome.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of total professional legal experience. Law firm experience required.
• Expertise: Strong employment law expertise; generalist welcome.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English; fluency in other European languages a plus.
• Location: Based in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Legal advisory: Provide timely and high-quality legal support to other departments, review complex legal queries, and offer clear recommendations.
• Employment law focus: Serve as the go-to expert for employment law in the region.
• Compliance & risk management: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; track changes in legislation.
• Documentation & policy development: Draft, review, and develop internal policies and other legal documents.
• External counsel management: Coordinate with external legal counsels across the region.
• Global collaboration: Collaborate with global and regional legal teams and business stakeholders.
