Bluewave IT in Poland seeks a Senior Embedded SW Developer who thrives on hands-on work building software for cutting-edge hardware platforms. You will design, implement, and maintain embedded solutions for transportation-related customer projects, focusing on performance, reliability, and safety.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded SW Developer who enjoys hands‑on involvement in building SW solutions on the newest HW platforms. In this role the person will design, implement, and maintain embedded software solutions for customer projects in a transportation domain, focusing on performance, reliability, and functional safety. Typical responsibilities include writing and reviewing embedded code, debugging complex issues on target hardware, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on architecture and design, and ensuring software quality through testing and documentation. The role also involves optimizing existing systems, contributing to technical decision‑making, and supporting integration and deployment activities.
