Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of hardware and firmware engineers, drive technical direction, and ensure successful delivery of complex automation projects.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, promote best practices, and continuously improve engineering processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering (HW/FW/Embedded) experience.
• 3–5 years of team management experience.
• Experience with industrial automation products and safety/certification standards.
• Familiarity with Agile or scaled Agile frameworks.
• Exposure to FPGA/ASIC/advanced embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of hardware and firmware engineers.
• Own and monitor engineering projects from start to finish, managing risks and resources.
• Provide architectural direction for HW and embedded FW and ensure high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Enforce engineering processes, standards, and tools to improve efficiency.
