Chabre IT Services is seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to join a client in the digital health arena. You will build top-tier software for medical devices while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and shaping architectures across projects.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in embedded software with C/C++, ARM Cortex‑M, and experience in embedded Linux environments. English and Polish communication are required; familiarity with Yocto/Buildroot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience in embedded software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ along with solid object-oriented and structured design skills.
• Hands-on background with embedded hardware platforms, such as ARM Cortex‑M.
• University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• High degree of independence, self-reliance, and strong business awareness.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive and communicative approach.
• Solid command of spoken and written English and Polish.
• Nice to have: familiarity with RTOS, BLE, DSP, memory management, or MCU security.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, use laboratory equipment, and understand hardware components.
• Practical knowledge of Python, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing.
• Background in embedded Linux environments and build systems (e.g., Yocto, Buildroot).
• Track record of successfully launching products and navigating the entire project lifecycle.
• Industry experience in digital health, pharma, or life sciences, particularly with ISO13485 and IEC62304 standards.
