Job summary

Ericsson Kraków is seeking senior designers to drive development of 5G UPC (User Plane Control) within the baseband scheduler team. You will contribute to embedding complex features in real-time environments and collaborate with system architects on architecture details.

The role requires deep embedded C/C++ experience, 3–4 years in real-time systems, and strong problem-solving skills. A MSc/BSc in a technical field is expected. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Embedded software development for Baseband L1/L2 in C/C++.
• 3–4 years in real-time embedded systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for the 5G UPC as part of the RAN design phases.
• Work with UPC SW architecture changes to support the scheduler roadmap.
• Improve the quality of scheduling software.
• Collaborate with architects to discuss architecture details/concerns.
• Implement UPC domain backlog items.
• Demonstrate leadership in technical directions.
