Ericsson Krakow is seeking senior designers to advance 5G UPC (User Plane Control) within the baseband software scheduler team. You will contribute across design phases, from studies to live-network feedback, shaping the feature roadmap.

Qualifications

Embedded software development with Baseband L1/L2 experience in C/C++.
3-4 years in real-time embedded systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
General programming skills (Python).
Knowledge of 5G and LTE (3GPP).
Clean code programming style and mindset.
Experience in defining product architecture or complex implementations.
MSc/BSc in technical subject area.

Responsibilities

Develop new features for the 5G RAN in all design phases.
Collaborate on UPC SW architecture changes for scheduler roadmap.
Improve scheduling software quality.
Discuss architecture details with architects.
Implement UPC domain backlog items.
Drive technology leadership.
