Accenture Sp. z o.o. invites a Senior Embedded C++ AUTOSAR Engineer to join our automotive software team in Wroclaw. You will own MCU firmware architecture, drive AUTOSAR components, and collaborate with customers on architecture decisions.

The role emphasizes modern C++ (11+), low-level buses, RTOS concepts, and multi-core development. Remote/hybrid work options available; travel as needed to client sites.

The Senior Embedded C++ AUTOSAR Engineer is responsible for:

• Own architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components.
• Discuss architecture internally and with customers.
• Design, implement and improve SWCs such as RTE, COM and PDU Routing including code generators, tests and documentation.
• Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, test and documentation.
• Important: commercial AUTOSAR tooling (model/config first approach) is not used in this role.
• Code first using modern C++ is the approach to be used.
• That is why strong modern C++ (version 11+) skills are needed.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Advanced knowledge of modern (C++ version 11+) for embedded firmware and drivers ( 15+ years of experience)
• Knowledge of low-level buses (I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Understanding of RTOS and embedded OS concepts.
• Experience in multi-core development.
• Experience with gtest and gmock for C++ unit tests

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Tricore, ARM and POSIX knowledge
• Experience with MISRA, CERT and other static code analysis standards
• Experience in a scripting language
• Experience with Ruby, Python and PyTest
• Knowledge of safety and security standards.
