Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead investment and modernization projects at one of Europe’s largest coke plants, on-site in Poland. You will organize meetings, control schedules, and coordinate with contractors and production teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in electrical engineering project management and a technical background; proficiency with MS Project and ability to read technical documentation and drawings. English is used in steering committees.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management in electrical engineering.
Technical education, preferably in electrical engineering.
Experience with industrial facilities and installations (gas, electricity, water, wastewater).
Proficiency in MS Project.
Ability to read technical documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive management of investment and modernization projects in an active industrial plant.
Coordinate the work of contractors and collaborate with project teams.
Monitor progress, schedule, and budget.
Identify project risks and take actions to minimize impact.
Resolve technical and organizational issues during execution.
Prepare reports, notes, and presentations on project status.
Participate in project meetings and steering committees, including in English.
