Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced EDA/CAD Flow Engineer to define and own the toolchains across the full SoC lifecycle, from simulation to signoff. You will evaluate new tools, manage compute farms, storage, and licensing, and drive automation and AI-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with design, verification and physical implementation teams to maximize productivity, ensure reliability, and scale tool usage, while maintaining security and ISO-aligned environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in CAD/EDA/semiconductor infrastructure.
• Proven experience in EDA tool deployment and flow ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy, and maintain EDA tool flows for digital, mixed-signal, and verification activities.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and qualify new EDA tools and methodologies.
• Design and operate EDA infrastructure environments (compute farms, storage, licenses).
• Develop automation frameworks for tool installation, CI/CD pipelines, and resource provisioning.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into engineering workflows.
