Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Kraków is seeking an experienced EDA/CAD Infrastructure Architect to define, deploy, and maintain tool flows across the full SoC lifecycle. You will drive evaluation of Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens EDA suites, and integrate AI-enabled tooling to boost productivity and reliability.

You will own the engineering infrastructure for design workloads, collaborate with design, verification and physical teams, and ensure scalable, cost-aware CAD environments with robust CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CAD / EDA / semiconductor infrastructure.
• Proven experience deploying EDA tools and owning flows.
• Strong exposure to semiconductor design environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy, and maintain EDA flows for digital and verification activities.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and qualify new EDA tools and methodologies before deployment.
• Design and operate EDA infrastructure environments (compute, storage, licensi ng).
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for tool installation, regression and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for design and verification workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tool usage and resolve issues.
• Maintain interaction with EDA vendors (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens).
• Define and enforce best practices and standards for CAD usage and tool flows.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into engineering workflows.
• Support security, compliance, and reliability requirements (ISO 27001).
