Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland is seeking an experienced EDA/CAD Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain advanced tool flows for semiconductor design and verification. You will drive evaluation of Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens EDA tools, manage compute farms, storage, and license servers, and integrate AI-driven workflows to boost productivity.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CAD/EDA, strong scripting skills (Python/Perl/Shell/TCL), and a Master’s degree in microelectronics

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in CAD/EDA/semiconductor infrastructure.
• Strong experience with EDA tool deployment and flow ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy, and maintain EDA flows for digital, mixed-signal, and verification activities (simulation, synthesis, P&R, DFT, signoff).
• Evaluate, benchmark, and qualify new EDA tools before production deployment.
• Design and operate EDA infrastructure environments (Compute farms, Storage, License servers).
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for tool installation, regression and CI/CD pipelines, provisioning and monitoring.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for design and verification workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tool usage, debug issues, and improve turnaround time.
