Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced EDA/CAD Flow Engineer to define, deploy and maintain comprehensive tool flows supporting digital, mixed-signal and verification activities across the full SoC lifecycle.

You will evaluate new tools, manage compute farms, storage, and license servers, and drive automation for installation, regression and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with design and verification teams to maximize productivity and scalability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of CAD/EDA/semiconductor infrastructure experience.
• Proven experience deploying and owning EDA tool flows, with vendor interaction.

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy, and maintain EDA tool flows for digital, mixed-signal and verification activities.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and qualify new EDA tools before production deployment.
• Design and operate EDA infrastructure including compute farms, storage, and license servers.
• Develop automation frameworks for tool installation, regression and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for design/verification workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tool usage and troubleshoot issues.
