• 5+ years of hands-on development with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Deep expertise in AL programming and Visual Studio Code.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable BC solutions.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and Power Platform.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance ERP functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced customisations for MS Dynamics Business Central.
• Lead technical architecture for Business Central deployments across multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency operations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Optimise and maintain BC environments for high availability and seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain integrations across Westwing IT portfolio using APIs and modern tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure performance and uptime.
• Evaluate new BC features, Azure services, and automation opportunities.

As a Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer, you will join our global Tech team and play a pivotal role in shaping the technical backbone of our operations. In this senior role, you will take full ownership of core development initiatives, optimize complex system architectures, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to engineer innovative, scalable solutions. Driving continuous technical improvement and performance, your work will directly enable our operational excellence and international growth. This position is permanent and based in Warsaw.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement advanced customisations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central using AL and related technologies to support Westwing’s multi-country, multi-language, and multi-currency operations
• Lead the technical architecture for Business Central, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with overarching business goals
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, high-performing technical solutions
• Optimise and maintain Business Central environments, ensuring high availability and seamless integration across our system landscape
• Develop and maintain integrations across Westwing’s IT portfolio, leveraging APIs, Power Platform, and modern integration tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to guarantee high performance, minimal downtime, and maximum operational efficiency
• Continuously evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services, and modern development tools to drive automation, technical innovation, and efficiency

YOU COME WITH

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or enterprise environment
• Deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworks
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions for complex business processes
• Strong knowledge of modern integration techniques, including APIs, Web Services, and Power Platform
• Practical experience leveraging AI-powered tools and services to enhance ERP functionality
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimising Business Central performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams, paired with fluency in English
