Fortrea seeks a Senior Director, Product Management (Data & AI) to define and drive the enterprise Data & AI product strategy, portfolio, and multi-year roadmap. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Operations to ensure successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.

The role requires building governance, prioritizing investments, and translating strategy into executable objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience and successful project outcomes in lieu of educational requirements.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Technology Leadership, Data & Analytics, Digital Products, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise product portfolios, product organizations, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience developing and delivering multi-year product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience managing enterprise technology, data, analytics, or AI-related products.
• Proven people leadership, including hiring, mentoring, developing, and leading Product Managers.
• Experience managing investment portfolios, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Aufgaben

• Define, drive, and deliver Data & AI product strategy, portfolio, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Operations.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable product objectives, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the enterprise Data & AI product portfolio, including lifecycle management and governance.
• Establish portfolio management processes and ensure alignment across data, analytics, AI, and platform products.
• Drive investment decisions, budget planning, and value realization for the portfolio.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership and communicate strategy and value across stakeholders.
