• Understanding of customer journey and content planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• English proficiency level B2 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Build communication strategies for Samsung's own digital sales channels.
• Develop creative standards for eStore communications consistent with Samsung branding.
• Execute multichannel digital strategies across paid media, social, CRM and content.
• Plan and coordinate production of digital assets for campaigns.
• Contribute to e-commerce activation strategies and launches of new services.
• Improve online consumer journey and conversion optimization.
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
