Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to act as the regional delivery anchor for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program. You will lead a cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning, driving 24-hour delivery velocity in a regulated enterprise environment.

You will facilitate shift hand-offs across timezones, own regional technical escalations, and mentor engineers, with a focus on Python depth and security-first design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Strong Python depth and leadership/mentorship.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Cloud Security and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a localized cross-functional pod ensuring continuous feature momentum across the 24-hour cycle.
• Coordinate seamless shift hand-offs with peers in other time zones to maintain 24/7 delivery velocity.
• Oversee technical delivery of ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
• Serve as primary escalation point for regional technical challenges and perform secure code reviews.
