Job summary

Sportradar AG is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join the Information Security team in Warsaw. You will embed security into the SDLC, scale secure development, and partner with engineering to enhance cloud and Kubernetes security posture across the technology landscape.

You will collaborate with Platform, Central Engineering and development teams to enable secure-by-design practices, automate security testing, and drive risk-based remediation while operating in a global, security‑minded

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevSecOps, security engineering or cloud security roles.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience securing cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container security.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes and remediation workflows.
• Solid understanding of OWASP Top 10.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Integrate security controls into engineering workflows across the development lifecycle.
• Embed security testing into CI/CD pipelines and design reviews.
• Improve cloud and Kubernetes security posture and provide practical remediation guidance.
• Drive risk-based vulnerability management across applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Platform, Central Engineering and development teams.
• Support security automation and tooling enhancements within pipelines.
• Promote secure-by-design practices and developer enablement.
