Job summary

Sportradar is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer in Warsaw to embed security controls across the software delivery lifecycle. You will align security with engineering workflows, improve cloud and Kubernetes security posture, and drive risk-based vulnerability management across the technology landscape.

You will partner with Platform Engineering, Central Engineering and development teams to scale secure development practices in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, Application Security or Cloud Security roles.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience securing cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container security.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes and remediation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Secure SDLC and embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve cloud and Kubernetes security posture and oversee risk-based vulnerability management.
• Partner with engineering teams to enable secure-by-design development.
• Contribute to security tooling, automation and platform integrations.
