Job summary

Directio Sp. z o.o. is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join a project for an international client. You will work on Azure, AKS, deployments, and on-call support, bridging platform engineering and security practices during migration from monolith to services.

You will implement IaC, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, strengthen security controls, support ISO 27001 certification, manage vulnerabilities, and collaborate with auditors. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering or DevOps.
• Hands-on Azure and Kubernetes/AKS in production.
• Ownership of security engineering processes.
• Experience with ISO 27001 or similar security framework.
• Knowledge of external attack surface monitoring and scanning tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Infrastructure as Code and automation experience.
• Scripting in Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Clear documentation and customer/auditor communication.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a small senior team.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain the platform with Azure, AKS, deployments and on-call support.
• Build and operate infra for migration from monolith to services, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage external attack surface and address vulnerabilities.
• Integrate security into Azure DevOps and Kubernetes delivery pipelines (code, secrets, containers, IaC scanning).
• Establish and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 security baselines (IAM, MFA, Defender).
• Manage the vulnerability management process end-to-end.
• Support the ISO 27001 certification program with the compliance lead.
• Provide technical input for security questionnaires and audits; discuss with customers/auditors.
• Support penetration testing activities and coordinate findings.
• Automate operational and security processes to improve reliability and security.
