Working as a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:
Help migrate existing applications and services to a modern Azure-based platform built around AKS and managed Azure services.
Adapt and maintain CI/CD processes within Azure DevOps, using reusable pipeline standards across multiple services and environments.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, covering Azure infrastructure, networking, monitoring and platform components.
Create and manage Helm charts required to deploy and operate microservices on Kubernetes.
Support changes to application traffic flows, including Azure Front Door, WAF, firewall, DNS and origin configuration.
Participate in the migration of workloads from legacy infrastructure and gradually retire outdated components.
Analyse and optimise Azure resources with a focus on scalability, reliability and cost efficiency, including Cosmos DB and Redis.
Contribute to security improvements across the platform and integrate security checks into the delivery process.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads and deployment pipelines, resolving both planned engineering tasks and day-to-day operational issues.
Support other teams in onboarding their workloads to the new platform.
Prepare clear technical documentation, runbooks and handover materials for teams responsible for ongoing platform operations.
