Requirements

• 5+ years in a DevOps or related role in a high-available environment.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers like AWS (must-have) or Google Cloud.
• Experience with multi-account AWS setup (AWS Landing Zone, AWS Control Tower)
• Previous hands-on experience with ArgoCD
• Extensive expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab, Jenkins.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs)
• Advanced knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash) and experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty and ELK Stack for monitoring and observability
• Experience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery and build efficient, automated pipelines
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and managing configurations using code.
• Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and streamlining the end-to-end deployment process to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Proficiency in implementing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure service availability and performance.
• Handling incidents, troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation measures.
• Ensuring systems meet security standards and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and vulnerabilities.
• Participate in on‑call rotations ensuring system availability.
• Collaboration and participation in the product life cycle, work closely with our product and development teams to integrate best practices in a fast‑paced environment to ensure alignment with business goals.
