Job summary

Intellias is seeking an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering leader to drive day-to-day leadership of the DevOps/Systems Engineering team. You will plan, coordinate, and ensure delivery with architects, product owners, and stakeholders, while maintaining high availability, security, and efficient CI/CD practices.

The role requires deep hands-on experience in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, and platform engineering, along with strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering with AWS-based environments.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing DevOps teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps/Systems Engineering team and plan workload with architects and product owners.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure designs, and best practices without micromanaging implementation.
