Job summary

Arteris is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to DevOps and security solutions, blending core product engineering with build, test, and development infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering performant, reliable software used in semiconductor design and verification workflows.

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you will work across the software stack, implementing core product functionality, improving workflows, and scaling build/test infrastructure while maintaining

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong C++ programming, 3+ years in production.
Python scripting for automation, testing, or tooling.
Experience with Linux development environments and build systems.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and regression workflows.
Based in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain software components for hardware security solutions.
Improve correctness, runtime performance, memory efficiency, scalability, and debuggability of product features and supporting infrastructure.
Develop automated workflows that help engineering teams stress test products for correctness, performance, reliability, and stability.
Support and improve build, test, and regression systems as needed to accelerate development and release quality.
Execute effectively on tasks and milestones while delivering maintainable, well-tested software.
Drive continuous improvements in engineering efficiency, product robustness, and test reliability.
